Our Story
Duck Valley Housing Authority began in 1963 in coordination with the Deparment of Housing and Urban Development and the Shoshone Paiute Tribe. Duck Valley Housing Authority builds Low Rental units and Home Ownership units for Low Income Families.
Over the past 50 years the Duck Valley Housing Authority has constructed 338 homes consisting of 76 Low Rent and 262 Home Ownership units and the Crater View Apartments, a 12 unit apartment complex.

- 1982-NV 6-9 1937 Housing Act – 55 homeowner units
- 1985-NV 6-10 1937 Housing Act – 24 homeowner units
- 1986-NV 6-12 1937 Housing Act – 29 homeowner units
- 1994-NV 6-16 1937 Housing Act – 1 conversion
- 1997-NV 6-14 1937 Housing Act – 25 homeowner units
- 2002-NV 6-17 NAHASDA – 20 homeowner units
- 2007-NV 6-18 NAHASDA – 10 homeowner units
- 2012-NV 6-20 NAHASDA – 16 homeowner units
