The Duck Valley Housing Authority (\u201cDVHA\u201d) is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms\/individual. The community of Duck Valley is 100 miles south of Mountain Home, Idaho and 100 miles north of Elko, Nevada, located directly on the Idaho\/Nevada state border. The DVHA will retain A\/E services for the purposes of providing residential planning, designing, engineering, and being apart of a team of established consultants, investors and federal partners to develop a variety of residential, mixed use, community facilities and administrative facilities throughout the Duck Valley Indian Reservation and associated properties conveyed to the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes. The successful individual or firm will take the established DVHA teams conceptual plans and assist in creating a multi-phase, multi-year master plan to meet the growing housing and community facility needs of the Shoshone-Paiute Tribe\u2019s populations.<\/p>\n
