The Duck Valley Housing Authority Administration is the oversight for day to day operations for all departments. Other responsibilities include grant applications, construction and development, human resources, conducting monthly board meetings, understanding and implementing regulatory rules and laws under the NAHASDA, and ensuring that DVHA’s audits remain compliant. DVHA Administration ensures that the DVHA current assisted stock, LIHTC properties, and the USDA RD Complex remain safe, decent and sanitary.
