The Maintenance Department is under the direction of the Duck Valley Housing Authority Executive Director. DVHA Maintenance Supervisor ensures that day to day repairs for the housing authorities current assisted stock, USDA complex, and the LIHTC properties are maintained and repaired as needed. The DVHA maintenance team also responds to repairs of private homeowners, as time permits.
