The Duck Valley Housing Authority Board of Commissioners exists to plan future projects for the housing authority as well as help to create policies. The Duck Valley Housing Authority Board Chairman is the direct oversight for the DVHA Executive Director.

The DVHA BOC is made up of Shoshone Paiute Tribal Members that are appointed by the Shoshone Paiute Tribal Business Council.
